About the Role
- Support the design, implementation, governance and effective administration of AIA Singapore’s total rewards programmes.
- Provide analytical and advisory support on compensation, benefits, job evaluation and rewards governance; delivers cyclical performance & rewards processes; and partner with other Human Resources and business stakeholders to promote fair, competitive, performance-linked and risk-balanced reward outcomes.
- Lead and or contribute to rewards projects, policy development, market benchmarking, and practical recommendations that attract, retain, and motivate talent while managing cost and risk.
- Deliver annual performance & rewards cycles (20%)
Coordinate the annual total compensation review, salary increase and incentive processes by preparing data, validating employee eligibility and inputs, maintaining review tools and timelines, supporting management calibration and approvals, and producing accurate employee outcomes and reports.
- Conduct market benchmarking and rewards analytics (10%)
Participate in compensation surveys, vendor management, match jobs to appropriate benchmarks, validate market data, analyse pay positioning and trends, maintain pay ranges, and translate findings into practical recommendations that balance competitiveness, internal relativity, performance and affordability.
- Provide rewards advisory and compensation support (25%)
Advise HR Business Partners and People Managers on new-hire, promotion, retention, sales incentive, mobility, off-cycle and separation proposals; assess recommendations against policy, market reference points, internal equity, job scope and approval requirements; and escalate exceptions appropriately.
- Support job evaluation and job architecture (10%)
Review job descriptions, assess role scope and accountabilities, conduct role slotting or formal job evaluation as applicable, maintain evaluation records, and support consistent grading and organisational design decisions.
- Administer benefits, recognition and wellbeing programmes (15%)
Support the review and implementation of employee benefit, recognition and wellbeing programmes, monitor utilisation and cost trends, vendors management, resolve related operational matters, and contribute to programme enhancements and employee communications.
- Maintain rewards governance and regulatory compliance (10%)
Support updates to remuneration policies, frameworks and procedures; prepare governance papers and management information; maintain auditable records and controls; monitor alignment with Group requirements and applicable local regulations; and coordinate inputs for internal, external and regulatory reviews.
7.Drive process improvement and stakeholder education (10%)
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate rewards processes, strengthen data quality and controls, develop guidance and communication materials, and support briefings for HR and business stakeholders
