[Contract] Staff Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling - 12-Month

We are looking for a Staff Specialist, Operations Planning & Controlling to play a key role in managing subcontractor (OSAT) capacity, demand-supply planning, and digital transformation initiatives that support business growth and customer fulfillment.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop forecasting strategies, optimize capacity allocation, and drive automation and digitalization projects that enhance planning efficiency and operational performance.

• Secure subcontractor (OSAT) capacity and commitments to support customer demand fulfillment, ensure business continuity, and meet production requirements.
• Develop and execute mid- to long-term forecasting plans, including demand forecasting, business scenario analysis, capacity planning, and subcontractor allocation optimization to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive demand-supply balancing activities by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze capacity utilization, identify potential constraints, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate supply risks.
• Lead and support automation and digitalization projects to improve planning efficiency, data visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational productivity.
