About the role

Manage construction contracts from award to completion, handling contract administration, claims, variations, EOT and payment matters. Review and manage subcontract agreements and subcontractor claims. Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters. Identify contractual risks and provide advice to management and project teams. Lead negotiations and ensure proper contractual documentation and compliance.

About you

  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction contracts/QS.
  • Strong knowledge of claims, variations, EOT, payments and subcontract management.
  • Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with industrial/factory projects is an advantage.
