Crew, Park Operations (Full Time)

The Crew of Park Operations plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experience at Universal Studios Singapore. This role is responsible for providing a seamless admission experience, assisting guests with park information, and maintaining park cleanliness and show readiness. By engaging with guests, the Park Ambassador contributes to creating fun and unforgettable experiences for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide welcome admission experience at turnstiles and ensure guests have valid ticket types for admission into the park (Universal Studios Singapore).
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by assisting guests with park information and engaging them with fun activities.
• Ensure the show readiness of the parks.
• Perform various administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.
• Maintain the park cleanliness (including light cleaning of restrooms).

Required Qualifications:

• GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Tourism or a related field.

Skills / Attributes:

• Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid, and wet weather in unsheltered areas.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
