CREW RESTAURANT

About the role

This is a fast-paced customer service and food preparation role in a quick-service restaurant environment. You will welcome guests, process orders, prepare food, handle transactions, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist with ordering in-restaurant, drive-thru, or take-away
• Ensure orders are accurate and served quickly
• Operate cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) and assemble menu items according to recipes
• Maintain consistent quality in food preparation
• Handle cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and payment transactions accurately
• Keep kitchen, dining area, and restrooms clean using cleaning utensils and chemical products safely with correct protective equipment
• Monitor and restock food and drink stations to ensure availability
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hazard-identification procedures and report issues to managers
• Collaborate with other crew members and managers to meet performance targets and maintain service standards
