This role combines analytics and hands-on campaign execution to enhance customer retention, increase lifetime value, and deliver measurable business growth.

Your new role

• Develop and execute CRM, loyalty, and customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
• Drive personalization, segmentation, and retention strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience.
• Track KPIs and prepare insights-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Proven experience managing customer engagement and retention campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
