Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

• Provide sales support to Internal and External parties
• Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders
• Prepare orders, invoices, delivery order, etc
• Interact and communicate with customers to establish relationship
• Perform administrative duties
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Customer Service to provide customer care to Chinese speaking customer groups. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic to learn and a team player
• Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
• No prior experience are welcome to apply
• 10am to 7pm, 5.5 days work
