Demand Planning Specialist(Fresh Graduates Opportunity)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the demand forecasts of each representative office, review the demand forecast coverage rate and accuracy, and consistently make the improvements.
2. Consolidate the demand forecast from rep office, develop the regional demand forecast, and align the demand requirements with the HQ market plan.
3. Monitor the demand forecast accuracy of the region, analyze deviation causes, and drive improvement.
4. Manage Asia Pacific Digital Power’s order fulfillment and manage supply chain order fulfillment.
5. Manage the international transportation of Asia Pacific Digital Power and international sea transportation/customs clearance.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree or above in related field.
3. Adaptative with multi-cultural environment, ability to learn and understand technical products and principle quickly.
4. Analyze skills: Have the foundation of data analysis, statistics, and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
5. Communication skills: To collaborate with cross-cultural teams and colleagues.
