Purpose and Scope

Lead the Corporate Sales function to grow revenue, profitability and strategic customer relationships by shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening sales execution and coordinating cross-functional delivery across corporate, institutional and government customer segments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define

and execute the corporate sales strategy, annual operating plan and channel priorities aligned with business goals, product portfolio and market opportunities.

  • Lead,

coach and develop the Corporate Sales team through clear targets, pipeline reviews, account planning, performance management and capability building.

  • Drive

new business development across corporate, institutional and public sector accounts by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads and converting strategic prospects into long-term customers.

  • Manage

key accounts and executive customer relationships to increase retention, wallet share, contract value and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee

sales pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline and deal review processes to improve conversion, margin performance and commercial visibility.

  • Partner

with Product Development, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Licensing teams to deliver proposals, fulfilment plans and commercially viable customer solutions.

  • Lead

tender, proposal and contract management activities, including bid strategy, commercial terms review, risk assessment and compliance with internal approval requirements.

  • Monitor

market trends, competitor activity and customer demand across gifts, collectibles, licensing, bullion and related product categories to inform market expansion plans.

  • Establish

sales KPIs and management reporting for revenue, gross margin, pipeline health, win rates, receivables and team productivity, and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Strengthen

sales operations and governance by standardising CRM usage, account data quality, sales processes and documentation practices.

  • Support

strategic partnerships, enterprise negotiations and cross-border opportunities where relevant to expand market presence in line with business priorities.

  • Contribute

to continuous improvement of commercial capabilities, including sales playbooks, onboarding, training and collaboration practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree

in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline.

  • 8-10

years of B2B sales experience, including experience in complex solution selling, account management or commercial business development.

  • 3-5

years of experience leading or managing a sales team with responsibility for target setting, coaching and performance outcomes.

  • Demonstrated

experience managing corporate, institutional or government accounts.

  • Proven

track record of achieving revenue, gross margin or profitability targets through disciplined pipeline and account management.

  • Experience

in one or more relevant sectors or product areas such as corporate gifts, premium incentives, collectibles, commemorative products, licensing, IP products, precious metals or bullion is advantageous.

  • Experience

in government procurement, tenders or regulated commercial contracting is advantageous.

  • Strong

skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial decision-making.

  • Ability

to analyse sales data, build forecasts, manage budgets and translate insights into action plans.

  • Proficiency

with CRM systems, spreadsheet analysis and presentation tools.

  • Strong

written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop proposals and present to senior stakeholders.

  • Ability

to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a results-driven environment.
