DESIGN COORDINATOR, ARCHITECTURE

Your Role

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works, manage BIM documentation
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams
• Manages the integration of architectural, structural, and M&E designs, ensuring drawings are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time for construction.
• Liasing between clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies
• Oversee material submission

The Requirements

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm
• Be able to read and understand construction drawings
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
