Your tasks

• Responsible in maintaining and improving quality cases, maverick and yield performance.
• Processs owner to govern and improve process control and documentation.
• Direct and indirect material usage consumption and wastage control.
• To support internal audit & customer audit, and response on audit findings.
• Lead and support productivity improvement and capacity extension.
• To work closely with Product Development, PI, PO and BT for new product/process setup and proper process handshake/pass over.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree / Master degree in Engineering / Material or equivalent field
• More than 5 years experience in die attach process engineering
• Good in written and oral communication
• Basic understanding - Statistical analysis, Lean 6 Sigma
