Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and execute engaging marketing campaigns. If you know how to grow an online community and convert followers into customers, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule engaging multimedia content (text, images, short-form videos/Reels/TikToks) across all social media platforms.
• Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing and new media campaigns to increase dealership & brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages promptly, and build an active online community.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or New Media management.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.).
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
