Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

This role is key to drive productivity and sales excellence within the Distributor & Aggregator portfolio by designing and governing partnership frameworks, enablement initiatives, and operating standards to improve channel performance and scalability.

Key Deliverables:

Channel Framework & Policy Design

Develop and implement structured distributor and aggregator frameworks, partnership operating standards, and channel governance policies.

Sales Enablement & Partner Development

Drive enablement initiatives and engagement programs to strengthen capabilities, collaboration, and sales effectiveness.

Strategic Partnership & Growth Initiatives

Identify and develop partnership opportunities that expand channel reach, improve acquisition opportunities, and support long-term channel growth.

Monitor key productivity metrics such as sell-in, dealer productivity, conversion, and ROI to drive data-informed decision making.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Tertiary qualification specialized in Business Admin, Marketing or Finance
• Total relevant experience of 4 to 6 years
• Telco / IT / FMCG industry exposure would be an added advantage
• General business and field sales management experience
