DRIVER

The Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests, staff, and hotel-related activities. The driver ensures the vehicle is well maintained, clean, and operated according to traffic regulations while delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D).

Additional licenses (e.g., PSV license) may be an advantage depending on hotel requirements.

• At least 1–2 years of driving experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or transportation industry.

Experience driving MPV, van, or hotel shuttle vehicles is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of local roads, highways, and major landmarks.

Familiar with traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Safe and defensive driving skills.

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide good customer service to guests.

• Polite, responsible, and trustworthy.

Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Punctual and reliable.

Able to remain calm under pressure.

• Good eyesight and physical health.

Ability to assist with guest luggage when required.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on hotel operational needs.
