PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational EHS Compliance: Assist in driving daily EHS compliance and implementing local safety standards across Singapore sites.
ISO System Maintenance: Support the maintenance, documentation, and internal audit processes for ISO 14001 :2015 and ISO 45001 :2018 management systems.
Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine daily/weekly site inspections of buildings, operational areas, other areas, and equipments to identify hazardous conditions, report non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
Incident Investigation: Support root-cause investigations for site accidents, nearmisses, and safety non-compliances, assisting in the preparation of incident reports and preventative measures.
Hazardous Materials & Equipment: Assist in monitoring chemical safety, verifying proper storage/handling of hazardous materials, and checking the serviceability of fire and safety equipment.
Safety Training & Emergency Response: Help conduct site EHS inductions, coordinate toolbox talks, and participate in emergency response team (ERT) protocols and drills.
Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date EHS records, inspection logs, legal registers, and safety metrics.
Execute additional EHS operational tasks as assigned by the EHS Manager.

Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Registered Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer with the Ministry of Manpower
(MOM) is preferred (or registered WSH Coordinator actively pursuing WSHO certification).
Minimum 1-2 years of operational safety experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Possession of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
Valid certification in Managing Work at Height and Confined Space Assessor/Supervisor is preferred.
Strong communication skills to engage with site operational staff and contractors.
Flexibility to support site operations during non-standard working hours or emergencies when necessary.
