To lead Electrical & Instrumentation Team in performing duties related to maintenance activity and provides technical support in achieving the company's operation KPI

Main Accountability :

1. Ensure safe and smooth operations of the entier Electrical Installation and monitoring on High Voltage facility equipment perfomance.
2. Responsible for the energy management and saving strategy related to electricity utilization.
3. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing causes of machine down time and ensuring all schedule maintenance is carried out on time.
4. Maintain and improve system documentation procedure, policy, work instruction and scope of work as part of the company continuous improvement beyond ISO 9000, GMP and Food Safety
5. Manage and communicates regularly with all maintenance team, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issue inclusive of training and development matters.
6. Liase with utilities provider or government regulatory bodies such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga & DOSH and etc to ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations related to electrical system and installation are compiled.
7. Ensure successful start-up of Plant Commissionung and operation from maintenance perspective.
8. Practice and established of electricity energy reduction to achieved and optimize high energy efficient in a good result and gain cost saving.
9. Ensure cost effective for maintain and repairs to various of electrical/instrument equipment, utilities equipment and machineries.
10. Prepare report, analyse E&I data, develop optimal solutions and lead implementation.
11. Execute secondary standard equipment and process instrument equipment and system verification and calibration in timely manner.
12. Planning, liase, issuing, maintain document, perfomance monitoring and ensure any related SAP-PM and task/project assign are completely done in cost effective, correctly and timely as per schedule.
13. Manage and supervise contractors is new E&I system installation, improvement, repair and service work.
14. Identify risks and hazards during operation and responsible to all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards.
15. Establish standard procedures and maintain control document related to E&I processes in good filing manner.
16. Ensure that the implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance is carried out in a planned, organised and controlled conditions in order to optimize process equipment reliability and efficiency.
17. To participate and make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations within th E&I perspective.
18. Utility equipment maintenance / Reliability scope :
19. to troubleshoot and rectify refrigration systems using ammonia, R22, R134A
20. to trobleshoot and rectify AHU system, VRV system, aircons
21. Apply and respect company's and safety rules.

Requirement :

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
2. BO Chargeman Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga OR Certificate from ILP/IKM and engaged with BO 11 or 33KV certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
3. Experienced in Process Instrumentation, verification, calibration.
4. Min 8 years of relevant experience in similar / process industry
5. Excellent organizational and time management skill : proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
6. Ability to carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
7. Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and instruct others on its operation.
8. Knowledge in Electtiity Supply Act and Regulation and IEEE wiring regulations.
9. Good knowledge of DCS/SCADA/HMI, system integration and equipment monitoring system.
10. Have good and sound fault find techniques ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum during breakdowns.
11. Ability to problem solving and respond quickly to user requests and needs.
12. Ability to perform Process Instrument equipment verification and calibration work.
13. Ability to effectively handle multiple task simultaneously.
14. Ability to handle emergencies and adjust work schedule as needed.
15. Strong knowledge on LOTO procedures.
