Electronic Gaming Machines Ambassador (Casino)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle machines efficiently in Electronic Gaming Machines Operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle transaction/exchange of money, voucher or electronic credits to patrons of the casino.
• Assist guests’ requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure strictest compliance with the relevant Regulatory Authority requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards.

Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
