From company-wide celebrations and recognition programmes to regional engagement initiatives, you will work with teams across markets to deliver initiatives that strengthen employee experience and foster a connected workplace.

Job Description

• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including company-wide celebrations, festive events, appreciation programmes, and other culture-building activities.
• Coordinate with regional and local HR teams to roll out employee engagement initiatives consistently across multiple markets.
• Support the execution of employee recognition programmes, including long service awards and other appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, vendors, procurement, logistics, and event operations to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
• Prepare employee communications and engagement materials, including announcements, event collateral, and promotional content.
• Track programme participation, feedback, and engagement metrics, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required
• Relevant internship/full-time working experience
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Google Workspace. Experience with design tools is a plus.
