We are seeking a dynamic Electrical / Electronics Engineer to lead daily maintenance and drive key equipment projects at our modern, fully air-conditioned Print Centre. If you have an engineering background, good leadership skills, and thrive on troubleshooting advanced automation and robotics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Engineer (Electrical / Electronics) will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on the state-of-the-art Web Offset Printing machinery and associated automation controls and auxiliary systems such as Auto Guided Vehicle and Computer-To-Plate System;
• Plan and execute existing and new production equipment projects, such as supporting the modernisation of our installed base of legacy offset printers through the integration of the latest controller technologies;
• Lead a team to execute daily scheduled maintenance tasks and promptly rectify any identified faults.

Required Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent;
• Strong leadership, problem solving and hands-on maintenance skills;
• Proactive self-starter with an adaptable mindset, eager to learn and drive adoption of next-generation print technologies and digital capabilities;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good computer skills;
• Able to work in a fast paced environment; and
• Able to work rotating shifts including night shifts, and on weekends and public holidays.

SPH Print Centre is a state-of-the-art air conditioned newspaper printing plant located at Jurong Port Road. Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Chinese Garden MRT Stations.
