ENGINEER FOR PRODUCTION

About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to maximise efficiency and meet customer demands
2. Monitoring and optimising production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements
3. Analysing production data and using it to make informed decisions to enhance productivity and quality
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Providing technical guidance and support to production staff to enhance their skills and performance
7. Continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to drive innovation in our manufacturing operations

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2. Prefered A result for Mathematics in SPM
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Proficiency in using production management software and various data analysis tools
6. Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety
