Duties & Responsibilities

To troubleshoot problem regarding former side in production line.To work with planner and production on Former Ratio planning.

To ensure all former and former holders plug in in the line is in good condition.To proposed new monthly improvement projects.

To ensure former boys follow the company rules and safety requirement.

To ensure good housekeeping and arrangement at former workshop area.

To conduct daily assembly with former boys.

To plan former forecast for incoming next 2 to 3 months.

To ensure no former shortage to replace/use at production line.

To control and monitor former send to rework (firing/reglazing).

Job Requirements

1. Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
