Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive aftermarket products, including research and benchmarking.
• Prepare technical specifications and engineering documentation.
• Conduct product testing, quality checks and validation.
• Coordinate new product introduction activities.
• Manage Engineering Change Instructions (ECI) / Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Support cost analysis and value engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset to identify risks and opportunities in a dynamic working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong report writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of automotive components and systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documents.
