Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facility structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and utilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure structural integrity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in facility maintenance.
• Identify and resolve potential issues that may lead to contamination or production inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and action plans to enhance facility performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability efforts within the facility.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in facilities maintenance preferably within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility management best practices.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing building structures and utilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
