Engineer, Production & Compounding

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To do compounding planning on daily basis according to product type
2. To update on latex consumption based on daily and monthly basis
3. To plan for compounding chemical and latex usage
4. To ensure compounded latex supply to dipping lines within the standard requirements
5. To conduct formulation improvements to improve glove quality and costing.
6. Responsible for the day to day operations of the production line including; production output, operational cost, glove quality and downtime.
7. To come up with improvement and innovation projects as solution which can improve goods quality and efficiency and reduce cost.
8. Ensure smooth running of production lines by identifying problems and troubleshooting problems when they occur.
9. In charged for SAP compounding.

Job Requirements

• 01) Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
• 02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• 03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
• 04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
