Engineer, Test/Debug (RF/Networking/Telecommunication)

We’re looking to add more than an Engineer, Test/Debugin Bayan Lepas plant.

As an Engineer, Test/Debug in Networking and Telecommunication, You will:

• Responsible to setup test stations and process involved as being assigned.
• Perform yield monitoring, yield drop investigation and provide solutions in setting up and maintaining test process and test procedures.
• New product introduction, transfer, and setup including assist in new part/process qualification prior to the phase in/cut in of new parts/process-Involvement in 1st level failure analysis and root cause investigation.
• To lead a team of task force participating in the yield improvement activities.
• Participating in the development of quality, environmental, safety and health management system program.
• Work with production team to ensure goals set for quality, yield and scrap are met.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Degree in Physics or Electrical /Electronic Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Possess strong analytical and technical skills to identify and resolve software or hardware defects efficiently.
• Must have experience with common debug equipment such as oscilloscopes, Spectrum/Network Analyzer & JTAG debuggers.
• Experience in handling product and NPI are advantageous.
• A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
