Engineering Assistant_Tech (Mech Tech) - Willing to do 12 hrs Perm Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor mechanical process performance and identify deviations promptly.
• Assess and judge tool capability and assign suitable tools based on product specification need.
• Tune and adjust tools to maintain strict mechanical capability requirements for advanced customer products.
• Perform post mechanical process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC decisions, and initiate containment actions when required.
• Support operations in enforcing proper setup checks and corrective actions (CA) in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
• Enable sustained high‐volume production under tightened mechanical controls, ensuring that customer specifications and fab output targets are met.
• Support process engineers with data collection and evaluation tests in production floor.
• Strengthen operational resilience by ensuring decision‐making capability is always available during critical production hours for both 300mm fabs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Science
• No experience or Entry level will be considered

Working Hours:

• 12 Hour Shift (Shift allowances provided)
• Permanent day/ night shift (8.00 to 8.00)
