Job Description

· Lead and deliver assigned IT projects across Enterprise Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and/or Application domains, based on business priority and resource needs.

· Drive end-to-end project delivery to achieve agreed scope, timeline, quality and budget outcomes, with clear governance and stakeholder alignment.

· Manage the full lifecycle from initiation and requirements through design/build, testing, cutover/go-live and transition to operations, ensuring appropriate documentation, training and controls.

· Work with Business Units (Singapore and overseas) and technology domain teams to plan, coordinate dependencies and resolve delivery constraints.

· Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams and vendors/system integrators to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Project initiation & planning

· Define objectives, scope, success measures and delivery approach (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with business and technology stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain core artefacts (charter, plan/schedule, RAID, resourcing and communications).

· Manage estimates, budget and procurement deliverables (e.g., SOW/PO) in line with internal processes.

Delivery execution (Infra/Cyber/App)

· Lead end-to-end delivery across assigned workstreams (infrastructure, applications and/or cybersecurity), coordinating internal teams and vendors.

· Drive solution design reviews with architecture, security and operations to ensure secure, supportable and fit-for-purpose outcomes.

· Plan and manage testing, training, operational readiness and cutover/go-live; ensure effective transition to BAU.

Governance, risk & compliance

· Run governance cadence and reporting (working groups/SteerCo), highlighting key decisions, risks and actions.

· Own RAID and change control; drive mitigation, escalation and approvals to protect scope, schedule, budget and quality.

· Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence aligned to IT policies/standards.

Financial & vendor management

· Track forecast vs actuals; manage invoices/milestone payments and financial reporting.

· Manage vendor delivery against scope, milestones and quality; resolve delivery/commercial issues.

Stakeholder management & communication

· Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs and decisions; communicate progress, impacts and changes.

· Foster collaboration and accountability across Business Units, Group IT and partners.

Continuous improvement

· Capture lessons learnt and improve delivery practices, templates and PMO reporting as required.

Requirements

· 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT projects (infrastructure, applications and/or cybersecurity programmes).

· 10+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors in complex environments.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management or equivalent.

· Professional certifications preferred: PMP / CITPM / PRINCE2 and/or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master/SAFe).

· Strong project delivery fundamentals: planning, execution, RAID, governance, change control and benefits/value tracking.

· Practical understanding of SDLC and infrastructure delivery (network, compute, storage, end-user/endpoint, cloud) and ability to work effectively with technical leads.

· Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles (risk-based controls, vulnerability remediation, security testing, IAM, logging/monitoring) and delivery considerations.

· Financial and commercial management: budgeting, forecasting, SOW/PO management, milestone/invoice control.

· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level updates and facilitation.

Hands-on with project and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence)
