Equipment Technician

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Enginnering or Computer Science with 2 years relevant working experience or Certificate in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 4 years relevant working experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or working experience.

Understand and comply to Venture Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, Labour and Ethics Management System Requirements.

Responsible for performing periodic preventive maintenance on test equipent . Trobleshooting, repair defective test equipment and setup of new test station.

Understand and Compliance to the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System and RBA requirements.

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on production test equipment in accordance to the preventive maintenance master schedule.
• Trouble shoot and repair the defective test equipment / tester accordingly.
• Setup new production test station in accordance to test equipment acceptance checklist and line layout.
• Take lead on registration of new consigned equipment.
• To ensure all test equipment are sent to calibration lab before calibration due date.
• Compliance to company quality, environment, safety & health management system.
• Feedback and reduce production test equipment breakdown.
• Housekeeping of test station in production floor and test equipment laboratory.
• Other duties as assigned.
