ERP Business Analyst

We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You'll be the connective tissue between stakeholders and delivery teams — translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and keeping everyone aligned throughout the process. What You'll Do

• Engage with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR to elicit, document, and validate requirements
• Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state solutions leveraging ERP capabilities (SAP and/or Oracle)
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions with confidence and clarity
• Produce high-quality BRDs, functional specs, process flow diagrams, and user stories
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations without losing momentum
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation and defect triage
• Contribute to change management activities — training material, comms, and post-go-live support

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on BA experience, with at least 2 years in ERP environments
• Proven exposure to SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and/or Oracle (EBS or Fusion Cloud)
• Cross-functional domain knowledge across two or more of: Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing/Operations, HR/Payroll
• Strong command of BA methodologies — requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, use case development
• Comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile/hybrid delivery models

Nice to Have

• Experience across both SAP and Oracle platforms
• Exposure to ERP implementation or migration projects
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAP/Oracle functional modules)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
