Summary

Main Role:

1. To manage the order fulfillment function from end to end

Job Description

Duty and Responsibility:

1. To process direct sales order and Dealers & Distributors orders as per cut off time
2. To process branches orders and daily courier orders as per cut off time
3. To process CE (customer engineer) spare part order & coordinate for delivery
4. To generate pick list for warehouse to perform picking and packing as per the agreed turnaround time
5. To ensure customer orders are promptly processed and fulfilled.
6. To prepare all relevant documents and to ensure readiness of goods for delivery or collection
7. To liaise with Paper sales team, dealers’ department, 3PL & Call Centre where necessary to smoothen the fulfillment process
8. To prepare and submit monthly reports
9. To ensure all relevant documents/DO are being filed properly for easy retrieval
10. To check and validate transporter invoices

11.To arrange with forwarder/transporter for delivery

12.To follow up on all outstanding orders

13.To backup for other team members

Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any field

2. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
3. Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must have some basic computer knowledge in MS Excel
5. Must be able to interact in English and/or Malay
