Summary

The Executive Business Planner supports the business planning team in developing and executing business strategies that contribute to the company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role involves data gathering, analysis, and assisting in the preparation of business plans and reports. The Junior Executive Business Planner works closely with senior planners and other departments to gain experience and help align business activities with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and updating of business plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collect and analyze market data, financial information, and operational metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of business initiatives.
• Monitor business performance indicators and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in tracking the progress of business projects and initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc business analysis and research assignments as needed.
• Continuously develop knowledge of company operations, market trends, and business planning practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 2-4 years working experience in Business Planning or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with a keen business sense and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn with patience, with longer term perspective and commitment to details.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
