Executive – Business Intelligence

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will support Senior Management and Business Units by delivering business-critical insights, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and managing data submissions to external regulatory authorities. You will also contribute to strengthening and enhancing the Company’s Business Intelligence capabilities.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Develop and maintain a robust and accurate database to support reporting requirements.
2. Produce, maintain, and continuously enhance reports for various departments.
3. Review data and reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and reasonableness, and recommend improvements or adjustments where necessary.
4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to verify the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting.
5. Support the Team Lead in assigned tasks, presentations, and projects as required.

Job Specification:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, especially in General Insurance, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical acumen.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to different audiences.
• Good organizational and project management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
