Executive, Costing (Spare Parts Division)

Tan Chong & Sons Motor Company Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Tan Chong Group) is looking for Executive, Costing. This role will be based at our Batu Caves Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain Part Master File and Sales History File on a monthly basis for internal reporting and business usage.
• Process new part creation and price revision requests by gathering relevant information, conducting market price surveys, and preparing price recommendations based on company profit margin objectives.
• Monitor and track approval status to ensure timely completion of pricing proposals.
• Prepare price revision memos and coordinate with internal teams and external customers on pricing updates.
• Update new pricing and discount settings into the system accurately.
• Prepare quotations and provide timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments and suppliers to gather information for pricing estimation.
• Conduct competitor pricing surveys and support profit analysis when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and support operational activities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Good writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
