Executive Engineer - Engineering (Engineering Management - Document Management Centre)

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Plan and execute the Document Management Centre works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure all the Engineering Document are manage, control and updated the record system.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Manage, control, maintain and update the Engineering Technical documents records in both hardcopy and softcopy format system i.e. as-built drawings, contracts, operation & maintenance manual, etc.
• Coordinate, administer and manage the overall Permit To Work (PTW) related, and support the Engineering One Stop Centre (OSC) counter operation.
• Manage, maintain, and consolidate the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004. Participate in the IMS audit review session.
• Manage and administer the Engineering Management contract including the performance report preparation, payment process, etc.
• Coordinate and perform the Engineering Division yearly, quarterly, and monthly performance report with analytical assessment.
• Manage the Engineering Petty Cash according to company financial procedures. Record and process all the petty cash disbursements accurately and promptly.
• Other relevant administrative assignments by superior(s), including general supply purchasing, customer's feedback survey assessment, annual asset verification, etc.

Key Challenges

• Frequent and continuous stakeholder's engagement with multiple units and divisions.
• Perform data consolidation and analysis for adhoc management report.
• High dependency on IT system performance.
• Lack of management skill at airports; people competency and people development

Skills

• Experience in general for operation and maintenance of systems and facilities
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management, document management and quality system
• Knowledge in Airport Operations is an added advantage.
• A team player who can build positive relation at all levels.
• Result oriented.
• Possess leadership qualities with strong analytical mind
• A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Education

• Degree in Engineering ( Civil/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) with minimun CGPA 3.0

Relevant Industries

• Degree holder in Engineering ( Civil/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) with minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience
