Role

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall establishment, implementation and maintenance of the Organization’s Harmonized/ Integrated Management System (HIMS).
2. Facilitates the update/ changes of regulatory requirements within all relevant departments and ensure the implementation and enforcement.
3. Coordinate with other parties in the execution of external audits and management of audit results and action towards implementation within agreed time frames.
4. Ensure the organization conforms to relevant ISO requirements, customers and regulatory/ legal requirements.
5. Support and ensure implementation of Anti Bribery Management System and Adequate Procedure at factories.
6. Ensure the promotion of awareness of relevant requirements throughout the organization and facilitate the relevant training to all departments.
7. Support and conduct internal audits and management of audit results and action towards implementation within agreed time frames.
8. Coordinate factory rounding and spot checks with all related departments before external and internal audit commenced at factory.
9. Ensure quality objectives are established and communicated at all relevant functions and levels within the organization.
10. Ensure Technical File is reviewed and updated as per requirement at respective factories and additional information request for technical file audit completed within timeline.
11. Ensure initiated registration or withdrawal workflow in TG Focus is processed within agreed timelines as Site Admin.
12. Participate in risk management activities such as verification of risk mitigation implementation in product and process risk.
13. Ensure all marketer enquiries is completed within specified timeline.
14. To ensure all new raw material at factories is completed undergo RMCD declaration.
15. Support inter departmental task relevant to management system compliance.
16. To perform research and continuous improvement project related to management system requirement.
17. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in any equivalent from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
