Overview
As an HRBP Executive, you will provide essential operational and administrative HR support to the Audit & Assurance practice. You will work closely with the HRBP manager to assist in the implementation of HR strategies ensuring alignment with the Firm's people policies and business priorities. You will advocate for people and foster strong collaboration to bridge expectation gaps, enhance employee experience, improve team productivity, and ultimately, contribute to the overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in forecasting and planning ahead the manpower needs for the business to ensure the readiness of the human resources in meeting the business demands
- Assist in analysing HR metrics and identify potential areas of concern, providing actionable insights and solutions on a monthly basis to Audit Staff Partners
- Assist in the performance and rewards review cycle, including goal setting and performance appraisals
- Supports the investigation of Human Resources issues and trends (e.g. market competitor benchmarking, employee survey feedback) within the business area to help to identify improvement opportunity areas and supports the delivery of action plans
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, practices, and compliance matters related to the Audit & Assurance practice
- Ensure timely and efficient communication of questions and requests from employees to Audit Staff Partners, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed
- Actively contribute to fostering employee engagement, motivation & a positive workplace culture
- Support change management initiatives and assist in driving HR-related projects within the Audit & Assurance practice
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR programmes and policies, providing guidance to employees and management as necessary
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Other skill:
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Micrsoft Word
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn
- A pro-active team player with high level of energy, pleasant personality, comfortable to communicate effectively with diverse group of individuals and ability to work independently
- Strong in problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of managing and completing priorities within tight time constraints
