Responsibilities

Inland – Port Operation (Kuantan), Hub East Coast, Serendah Yard & Hub Southern
Maintenance and upkeep of office and yard premises, managing inland hub overheads and monitoring operational expenses
Manage Subordinates, drive development training and monitor team performance
Prepare for count activities, including vehicle listing, arrangement, and reporting, oversee receiving and delivery of stock
Conduct vehicle inspection
Expedite delivery of vehicles within 1 day upon arrival
Liaise with relevant authorities, shipping partners, and ECRL regarding CBU delivery and receiving
Prepare monthly reports, monitor staff tardiness, handle quarterly department meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Operation Management / Engineering or any related fields
To be based at HQ (Rawang, Selangor) until further notice of posting to Southern & East Cost
Excellent user of MS office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Team Player, good teamwork & great leadership
