Executive, Inventory

This role will be working with our logistic partner at Bukit Raja, Klang warehouse.

• Conducting and managing Stock Take plan, simulations, budget and manpower plan for mid/end year Stock Take.
• Master user (1st level) of SAP and WMS in inventory adjustment for all DCs.
• Conducting new vendor meeting for any new vendors.
• To work closely with warehouse operations and 3PL teams to ensure all the processes of operation running smoothly
• To Conduct floor Audits on regular basis
• To perform other job related duties as and when requested by Superior
• Preparing comprehensive project plans with Supervisor to assure deliverables are attained within budget, timeline and varied project objectives as defined by Project Directive.
• Responsible to ensure project timeline are being created prior to each project implementation.
• Constantly follow up and follow through of project status and project timeline. Provide earlier warning and notification to stakeholders and supervisor if foresee potential project delays (issues and challenges).
• To be part of developing project plan on basis of business requirements, arrangement of project team, project metrics design, KPI’s and reporting.
• Estimate logistics related resources and time and establish priorities within project team and project time line.
• Oversee and control logistics project progress.
• Co-lead and stimulate projects and development communication plan working with team members, stakeholders and project sponsors.
