Executive, IT Business Application (Warehouse & Inventory)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support to in house user by resolving application related warehouse & inventory issues promptly and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve system stability
• Overseeing the daily performance of communications and system
• Monitor and respond support request via phone, email and ticketing system
• Ensure all support request are logged, tracked, and properly documented
• Provide advice, training and technical assistance in a timely manner
• Liaises between local / international warehouse, outlets and external vendor when they have new requirements
• Participant in project implementation, new version released and application testing
• Able to assist in any adhoc tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or any related fields
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Warehouse and Inventory application with support and configuration
• Hand on experience in system support of Business Application
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin
• Systematics and positive problem-solving approach
• Strong planning, initiative and ability to work independently
• Able to work on both technical and functional areas implementation
• Experience in SQL, functions Stored Procedures, view functions and job scheduler is adding advantage
