EXECUTIVE - MARKETING

• Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create

market awareness and achieve project business plan goals.

• Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures,

banners, videos, campaigns, etc.

• Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external

parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Assist in APDL application/renewal.
• Conduct market research.
• Collaborate and support matrix team members to achieve timely completion of

operational tasks

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or anythingequivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience in marketing preferably within

property/ real estate industry.

• Basic knowledge on government laws and regulations of the property/real estate.
• Basic knowledge on building/property specifications. Additional knowledge on property valuation would be a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and able to thrive independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office.
