EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor Operation Desludging Services performance at DBD Unit Offices.
• Monitor desludging activities (target set vs achievement).
• Monitor and analyze team performance in meeting benchmark set.
• Monitor optimization of available resources.
• Monitor all complaints and enquiries received and follow up to ensure response within LOS.
• Initiate fleet management, efficiency and costing.
• Analyze cost of desludging operation (cost per cubic meter and cost per kilometer).
• Establish and monitor standard best practice including health and safety.
• Develop operating strategies such as tanker performance, potential new customers, sludge disposal sites.
• Prepare significant operational desludging reports to Head Regional DBD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or any related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• PC literate in Microsoft Office.
