Responsibilities

• Coordinate the allocation and movement of CBU vehicles from manufacturing plants to branches, dealers, stockyards and Regional Distribution Centres (RDC)
• Prepare and monitor daily and monthly vehicle distribution schedules based on sales demand and production output.
• Monitor Distribution KPIs, transit lead time and stock ageing, and prepare regular performance reports and analysis
• Track stockyard capacity and vehicle movement to prevent bottlenecks and space overflow.
• Analyse delivery performance, transport routes and turnaround time to ensure efficient vehicle distribution.
• Liaise closely with Production Control, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Regional team on operational activities and communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transport Management or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, stock reconciliation and reporting.
