About the Role

The Executive, People Operations plays a key role in delivering reliable, efficient, and employee‐centric HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role supports the People Services Delivery function by ensuring HR transactions are executed accurately, employee data is well maintained, and employees experience consistent, compliant, and responsive people operations support. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and team members to uphold service standards and continuously improve HR processes.

Job Description

  • Execute end‐to‐end daily HR operational transactions, including payroll processing support, benefits administration, employee data management, HR letters generation, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records in HR systems, in compliance with data confidentiality and privacy requirements
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional support on HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Support the implementation, adoption, and effective use of HR systems, digital tools, and automation initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Prepare and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, employment laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in internal and external audits, and support risk management and internal control activities as required
  • Review, verify, and process employee claims in accordance with company guidelines (if applicable)
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and quality standards

Job Requirement

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Preferably candidates with 2–3 years of relevant working experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or outsourced payroll environments, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation, statutory requirements, and payroll practices, with the ability to apply policies accurately and consistently
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline when handling employee information and HR documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond professionally to employee queries and work effectively with internal stakeholders across different levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a service‐driven, fast‐paced, and process‐oriented environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems, HR technology platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, with a positive, proactive mindset towards digital tools and process improvement
  • Possesses a positive, responsible, and learning‐oriented attitude, with a strong sense of ownership to ensure service quality and continuous improvement
