Responsibilities

• To conduct process studies to identify operational issues, improvement opportunities and potential productivity enhancements.
• To develop and propose process improvement plans and countermeasures for management review and approval.
• To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvement initiatives and action plan.
• To explore and evaluate new technologies and methods to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• To prepare reports, findings and presentations to communicate improvement results and recommendation to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project and Computer – Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
