Job Descriptions

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor production output, machine performance, process parameters and quality.
• Manage manpower and ensure effective deployment during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, food safety and safety requirements.
• Conduct GEMBA walks and lead DMS activities.
• Support troubleshooting, changeovers, trial runs, start-up and shutdown activities.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste, downtime and production losses.
• Train and develop Production Technicians and operators.
• Ensure proper shift handover, daily reporting and production documentation.
• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant production experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Good understanding of production processes, GMP, food safety and workplace safety.
• Good problem-solving, communication and people supervision skills.
• Able to work in a shift environment when required.
