Job Summary
The Executive, Project Management supports the planning, coordination, and monitoring of property development projects to ensure timely execution, regulatory compliance, and effective project administration. The role works closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate project progress, maintain documentation, and support the delivery of development projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring property development projects to support timely completion within established timelines and quality standards
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, and utility providers on project-related matters, submissions, and approvals
- Assist in preparing, compiling, and tracking authority submissions and project documentation
- Coordinate and follow up on project drawings, technical information, and design revisions with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, construction activities, billing, and key project milestones
- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and progress updates for management review
- Maintain proper project records, correspondence, and document control systems
- Support compliance with regulatory, legal, safety, and environmental requirements
- Conduct site visits and assist in resolving project coordination issues when required
- Perform any other duties assigned by Superior or Management from time to time
Job Requirement
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Property Development, or related discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in property development, construction, project coordination, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project exposure may be considered
- Basic understanding of property development and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Familiarity with authority submissions and approval processes will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar software will be an added advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
