Executive - Purchasing & Inventory

1. Plan and

purchase parts for HQ and branches

2. Follow up with principals / suppliers on

delivery date, shipment and expedite delivery for urgent shipment

3. Liaise with principals / suppliers on parts

related issues – quality issue, short shipped, over shipped, wrong supply, price discrepancy, etc

4. Liaise with Shipping Department to bring in

oversea shipment

5. Manage stock to prevent stockouts and

overstocking

6. Analyse stock movement for parts, classify ABC
7. Source alternate parts for cost saving and

supply continuity

8. Work out Selling Price for parts
9. Manage obsolete / ageing stock. Work with

Product Heads, Service team, branches to clear obsolete / ageing stock

10. Perform stock count reconciliation
11. Prepare reports as assigned
12. Maintain data cleanliness in system

Requirements

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management

Experience:

1-2 years in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Planning, Supply Chain Management
