Role

Duties & Responsibilities

• 01) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring latex compounding & chemical preparation standard compliance.
• 02) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring the production parameter compliance.
• 03) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring incoming, online & offline former compliance.
• 04) To be responsible in controlling & monitoring glove quality & glove weight at the production line.
• 05) To be responsible in checking & verifying any CAR raised by IPQC worker upon non-conformance findings.
• 06) To be responsible in establishing schedule for line & compounding area spot check & fixed inspection.
• 07) To be responsible in registering & conducting validation process for all R&D or improvement project taken throughout the operation area.
• 08) To be responsible in reviewing manpower allocation for QC online team.
• 09) To be responsible in embarking continuously improvement project related to QA/IPQC team.
• 10) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• 11) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

• 01) Degree / Master in relevant disciplines.
• 02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• 03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
• 04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
• 05) At least 1 year experience in the same line.
• 06) Fresh candidate also acceptable since in-house training provided.
• 07) Discipline, well-organized, able to work in deadline-oriented environment.
• 08) Would be an added advantage to have worked in ISO 9001 environment.
