Executive, Safety & Compliance (Warehouse | Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the company management systems (QMS, EMS, OSHMS, ISMS) in conformance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001.Conduct scheduled site inspections, toolbox briefings and safety observations, and record findings through to closure.
• Carry out incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports and follow through corrective and preventive actions.
• Support internal and external audits and certification exercises, including documentation preparation and closure of audit findings in the EDMS within committed timelines.
• Maintain safety records, man-hour statistics and monthly reporting for DOSH and management submission.
• Deliver safety induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
• Standardize and maintain compliance documentation so that management systems can be replicated at new sites.
• Support ESG data collection and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in safety and compliance, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001 management systems.
• Strong documentation discipline, able to keep management system records audit-ready at all times.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, high initiative, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure, tight schedules and in a stringent environment.
