Job Summary
Responsible for managing credit control and loan documentation, including billing, collections, and outstanding follow-ups, while liaising with bankers, solicitors, purchasers, and internal teams to ensure smooth financing processes, accurate documentation, timely Vacant Possession handling, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- To handle loan arrangement / documentation and all matters pertaining to Credit Control functions.
- To generate progress billing, reminders, monitor & follow up on the outstanding sum.
- To liaise with solicitors and bankers pertaining to the purchasers on loan arrangement and documentation.
- To prepare and update the redemption payment report and credit report to Finance Department.
- To handle Vacant Possession upon received CCC in given timeline.
- Close liaison with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation, e.g. Name transfer, MOT, redemption, discharge of title, stamping and etc.
- Review existing process and workflow to enhance department efficiency.
- Excellent in communicate with various departments to resolve customer’s issues in an efficient yet friendly manner.
- Knowledgeable in HDA & other regulatory act.
- To attend promptly to reconciliation matter or discrepancies raised by Finance Department.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with all related stakeholders ie. Lawyers, bankers, authorities, regulators, and purchasers as well as in managing the financing application process.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior and management from time-to-time basis.
- Maintain a god filing record and documentation system of purchasers file & update into MHW system.
Job Requirement
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, credit control, or loan documentation within the property development or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end property sales process, including SPA documentation, loan application tracking, billing schedules, and collections.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and internal departments.
- Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
